The August Card workshop was such a fun one!! I LOVE DISNEY! So these cards make me so happy! I was inspired by fellow CTMH Consultant Debbie Wynn. When I saw her Disney themed cards I knew I had to make some! and then do a workshop on them :)

I just can't tell you how much I love these cards!

February Card Swap

Today I finished my cards for the monthly card swap I take part in. The theme... Animal Cards.
I used 2 stamp sets on this card. 1. Baby Zoo (C1620) and 2. So Many Smiles (C1619).

"So Many Smiles" is in my top 10 (maybe even 5) favorite stamp sets of all times and I seem to find away to use it in almost every project I do that involves stamping.

So here are my "Animal" cards...

Minion Cards!

So a couple months ago I received a card in the mail from another CTMH Consultant, Jennifer Kelly. This card was the cutest card I had ever seen. I LOVE Minions and her card  inspired me to do a card workshop on these little guys!

You're A Star!!

Last months card club theme was "You're A Star".

We took stars and covered them with strips of B&T paper and washi tape. We finished them off with twine and little cardstock stars.

Scrap Flowers

I remember when I started scrapbooking, I kept every piece of scrap paper!
Really, I had to... It was all in the name "SCRAPBOOKING"
All of a sudden all my scraps were taking over my craft room... so one day I went down there with a recycle bag and that was the end of my scraps :(

This months card club was focused on our "scraps". No rhyme; no reason... just beautiful patterns and colors!!

Lollydoodle Gift Bags

This months card club was a little different.
1. There were no stamps involved and 2. It wasn't just cards.
This months card club "project" was gift bags with coordinating 3x3 cards.

We used the Lollydoodle paper pack, the Lollydoodle stickease and paper lunch bags.
 So this is what we ended up with...

Masculine Cards

This months card club theme was masculine cards.
With Fathers Day just around the corner, I thought this would be a good month to make some fun cards just for him.

Bendy Fold Card

This month we had a special project called the "Bendy Fold Card". 

This card can be as dressed up or down as you want, because the beautiful Skylark paper is so decorative, you really don't need much more.

The stamp sets used were "Give a Lift" (D1581) and "Banner Wishes" (B1438)

Throw a few cricut flowers on and,Ta Da...

Overlay Cards

As many of you know, The Cricut Artbooking Collection has so many wonderful overlays designed for your scrapbook layouts and mini albums, but these overlays are just way to cute to be stuck with 1 job... 

So for this months Card Club we gave these overlays another job, to dress up our cards!! 

We started with "The Wave" overlay (pg 53/Artbooking). It is cut at 5 3/4" (and then trimmed 3/4" off the end), laid it over some B&T, added some stamping and got these fancy little cards! 

Our next card was using the "Sunshine" overlay (pg 52/Artbooking). This was cut at 5 1/2" and fit perfectly over a 4 x 5 1/2" card. I put some Honey card stock behind it and added some stamping and the "sunshine banner" which was cut at 1" (Artbooking).

The last overlay we used was the "Stars" overlay (pg 86/Artbooking). It is cut at 3 3/4" and used on a 4 x 4" card. Again, just added some stamping & we were done.

Paper Bag Pocket Cards

For my September Card Club we made Paper Bag Pocket Cards.
These cards are great for that little extra gift enclosed with the card... money, pictures or gift cards.

There are 2 pockets in each card, 1 for the note card and 1 for the "extra little gift"

Popsicle Card

Popsicle Cards... This was our project for February's Card Club.
These are so easy, some card stock, some punches, Popsicle sticks, ribbon, some stamp sets, and this is what you get...

Book Mark Cards

WOW... I have really been slacking lately when it comes to updating my blog!!
I am REALLY going to try to step it up from now on... Starting today :)

So for today's post, I am going back to January's card club where we created Book Mark Cards.
I love these cards! I saw them on the internet quite awhile ago (not to sure where) but thought they were so cute because once you are done with the card, you still have a cute little book mark.

We used Pemberley paper for this card and various stamp sets.

Baroque Borders Cards

I love busy, fun cards... you know, the ones with embellishments, paper piecing, stitching and lots of stamping, but once in while, a simple card is enough.
When I first saw the stamp set "Baroque Borders" I knew this was the perfect stamp set that could shine on a simple card, so for this months card club, we used this stamp set with coordinating felts and ink and here is what we created...

Tri-Level Accordion Card

For this months card club we made Tri-level accordion cards.
We used my very favorite cricut coordinating stamp set "Hooray Bouquet" and my favorite new paper from the NEW spring/summer Idea Book "Superhero" (This is a great example at how versatile this paper is!!)

Center Step Card

So this months card swap card is the Center Step Card (CASED from Brenda Clark).
I made this card using my favorite cricut coordinating stamp set "Hooray Bouquet" and of course, the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge.

The Swing Card

So card club is in 4 days and I finally finished my card swap cards tonight!
