I can't believe I have not posted in 2 1/2 months!! It was the end of August and I guess with the start of school and the start of hockey and just back to a regular routine, something had to get pushed back, and it was my blog :)
So in September, I started a new monthly club!! I already have a card club but have really wanted to start a scrapbooking / layout club so September seemed like the perfect time.
In September our layout theme was "cluster borders". We did our layout and with Our Compliments did the cluster border, layering the peices with 3D tape.
SEPTEMBER LAYOUT:
In October, we used the NEW paper "Pathfinding". I love this paper & compliments SOOOOO much!! It was the perfect paper for a Fall theme.
OCTOBER LAYOUT:
Tonight is the November Layout club and I decided to go with a Winter theme (since it's winter ;) ).
The NEW paper "Snowhaven" reminds me of a warm winter sweater! so that is what paper we are using this month. And just to add a little something to it, I also decided to through the cricut into the mix!!
NOVEMBER LAYOUT:
So that is my LONG catch up blog for today :)
Enjoy!

Scrap Flowers
I remember when I started scrapbooking, I kept every piece of scrap paper!
Really, I had to... It was all in the name "SCRAPBOOKING"
All of a sudden all my scraps were taking over my craft room... so one day I went down there with a recycle bag and that was the end of my scraps :(
This months card club was focused on our "scraps". No rhyme; no reason... just beautiful patterns and colors!!
Scrap Flowers!!
We spent a lot of time at card club cutting out petals.
Enjoy!

Lollydoodle Gift Bags
This months card club was a little different.
1. There were no stamps involved and 2. It wasn't just cards.
This months card club "project" was gift bags with coordinating 3x3 cards.
We used the Lollydoodle paper pack, the Lollydoodle stickease and paper lunch bags.
So this is what we ended up with...

Masculine Cards
This months card club theme was masculine cards.
With Fathers Day just around the corner, I thought this would be a good month to make some fun cards just for him.
Enjoy!

Bendy Fold Card
This month we had a special project called the "Bendy Fold Card".
This card can be as dressed up or down as you want, because the beautiful Skylark paper is so decorative, you really don't need much more.
The stamp sets used were "Give a Lift" (D1581) and "Banner Wishes" (B1438)
Throw a few cricut flowers on and,Ta Da...

On This Day mini album
So I have a dear friend... we will call her "The Scrappy Diva".
She contacted me about a week and a half ago and asked me to be a guest designer on her CTMH page.
Well... challenge accepted!!
I created, what I like to call, The "On This Day" mini album, and here is a sneak peek...
If you would like to see more pictures of this Mini album, hop over to her page at THE SCRAPPY DIVA and while your there "LIKE" her page, you won't be sorry!!
Now, what do you do with a mini album you created for the sole purpose of being a guest designer? You give it another purpose!! This mini album was donated to SAFE team rescues Kitty Crop and will be in their raffle tomorrow to help raise money for this great cause!! If you want to help SAFE with the fantastic work they are doing, HEAD ON OVER TO THEIR PAGE AND VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME OR DONATE FOOD OR MONEY!
Enjoy!

Overlay Cards
As many of you know, The Cricut Artbooking Collection has so many wonderful overlays designed for your scrapbook layouts and mini albums, but these overlays are just way to cute to be stuck with 1 job...
Our next card was using the "Sunshine" overlay (pg 52/Artbooking). This was cut at 5 1/2" and fit perfectly over a 4 x 5 1/2" card. I put some Honey card stock behind it and added some stamping and the "sunshine banner" which was cut at 1" (Artbooking).
The last overlay we used was the "Stars" overlay (pg 86/Artbooking). It is cut at 3 3/4" and used on a 4 x 4" card. Again, just added some stamping & we were done.
So for this months Card Club we gave these overlays another job, to dress up our cards!!
We started with "The Wave" overlay (pg 53/Artbooking). It is cut at 5 3/4" (and then trimmed 3/4" off the end), laid it over some B&T, added some stamping and got these fancy little cards!
